We're here to make sure your vacation to our Adults Only resort on Islas Mujeres is completely stress-free.

Book your transport from the Cancun International Airport at least 5 days prior to arrival, and let us take care of everything else.

SERVICE INCLUDES:

  • · Tickets for the ferry (public ferry)
  • · Taxi from the Port to the Privilege Aluxes Hotel on Isla Mujeres
  • · The same services on your departure day
  • · Rates: $103 USD round trip, per person, or $60 USD one way, per person.

CANCUN TO ISLA MUJERES

First ferry at 5:30 a.m.

Last ferry at 11:00 p.m.

ISLA MUJERES TO CANCUN

First ferry at 6:00 a.m.

Last ferry at 12:00 a.m.

*Every hour until 12:00 a.m.

Outside of these hours no ferry service is offered. Check your flight arrangements in order to avoid any inconveniences.

Please note that ferry schedules may also change depending on the season. To book your transport you will have to provide all the necessary flight details.

Cancellation
and No-show Policy for Transfer Service:

Cancellation of Confirmed Reservation:

  • · Up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer service: No penalty.
  • · Within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival: A penalty equivalent to 50% of the total service amount will be applied.

No-show:

  • · In case of no-show: A penalty equivalent to 50% of the total service amount will be applied.

Round-trip Service:

  • · In the event of a no-show for a round-trip service reservation: The return service will also be automatically canceled.
  • · If you wish to utilize the return service, please contact us to reschedule. The cost of the return from the hotel to the airport will be calculated as a one-way service.
